Please read the terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before you start to use our service. Your acceptance of our terms constitutes the continued use of our service after a change to these terms. By using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and also that you agree to remain by them and any updates on them over the time.
Musique Solutions is a marketing/promotional company. What we do is to help the artists connect with experienced curators across the globe and help them to get their song placed in playlists post review.
You can only share the contect with us if you own all the rights to that content, or if another rights holder has given you permission.
By sharing the content with Musique Solutions, you grant us and our agents and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform and otherwise use your Content. Without those rights, we couldn’t offer our services. We do not sell or share personal information to any third party. Also please note that sometimes the content in Musique Solutions might be inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate or objectionable, you can use the service at your own risk. You are not allowed to upload anything into this service including content with nudity, illegal or any material that is not allowed or inappropriate. We may review and remove any content shared by a customer at any time for any reason, including activities like violating applicable rules or laws, violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of the users of our service, abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal or inappropriate.
The order will be processed within 24 hours after placing the order. If there is any delay for processing, you can reach out to our support team for a quick resolution. Refund will not be given for late delivery. What is offered in our package will be met and sometimes even more. If you see at any time that you are not getting what is offered, you can contact our support team. Sometimes users might unfollow, inactive/unavailable or no real humans. If in any case that you see that the follower count in the playlist is getting reduced, please contact our support team and they will find the resolution by themselves or by following up with the curators. Refund will not be given in such cases as it is difficult to predict such scenarios.
The customer can request for changing the playlist in which their song has been placed within 3 days after processing the order and it will be within Musique Solutions or our curator’s discretion to decide the playlist in which the song can be placed. The curator’s information will not be shared with the customers.
Musique Solutions reserves the right, with or without prior notice: to impose conditions on any coupon, promotional code or other similar promotions, to prohibit any user from making any or all transaction/s, to discontinue any campaign and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service.
Termination of Service:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion and prevent access our services for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide the service to you in the future.
Musique Solutions will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in obligated service deliverables, where the delay is because of natural or ungovernable causes. We are not liable for the actions of users when they use the Musique Solutions service. We may also change the service at any time and are not liable for how this may affect you. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of any content you encounter using our services or other services/websites.
The clients will defend, cover and hold Musique Solutions harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses related to the services provided by Musique Solutions to the clients under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Musique Solutions. Due to the nature of digital media, any content/information given by the clients to Musique Solutions for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication is carried out. We will not be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset due to the nature of content being publicized.
We are not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between you and any third party you interact with using our service, including any interactions with other artists, other users and curators generally. We do not have any curators employed with us. If you are an artist, a curator is a third party for purposes of these Terms and you assume all risks associated with dealing with third parties. You release Musique Solutions of all damages if any and claims in disputes among users of the our service and agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party. Without notice or liability, we may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Musique Solutions service at any time, including hours of operation or availability of the services or any feature.
Customer personal information is of paramount importance to us. Any personal information collected will be used to fulfill the order. We may share you personal identifiers and commercial information with advertising partners that use various technologies to send relevant ads on our behalf on platforms or websites operated by others. We may share any of your Personal Information with parents, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, and other entities. Legal Disclosures. MusiqueSolutions may disclose personal information about the customer with attorneys, law enforcement, the courts, our advisors and others who participate in the legal process, if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to enforce or apply our contracts, conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect us, the users of the websites, or others. No one under the age of 15 is authorized to submit any information, including personal Information in the website. Internet cannot be guaranteed 100% secure all the time and there can be cases of hacking etc., and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure. When you place an order with us, you have the option to subscribe to our email promotions using your email address. Your trust and privacy are paramount to us.
Opting-in: By choosing to opt-in, you give us permission to send you promotional content, updates, and other relevant information related to our products and services.
Opting-out: If at any time you wish to stop receiving these promotions, you can easily opt-out. Every promotional email we send contains an “unsubscribe” link. By clicking on this link, you will be immediately removed from our promotional email list. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal.
Payments and related topics:
You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. You remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your transactions.
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time and customer has to be pay the most uptodate price at the time of the purchase. The length of your campaign period will depend on the type of subscription that you choose. We have 3 options, one month (applicable for all packages), two months (applicable for all packages) and three months (applicable for selected packages) out of which you can select the desired period while placing the order. By purchasing the service from us, you agree that you understand what you are buying from us and will not file a fraudulent or incorrect dispute to bank (credit/debit) or payment gateway against MusiqueSolutions. It is not adviced to go with running campaigns with other vendors in parallel, but in such cases MusiqueSolutions will not be responsible for streams, followers, saves, views or any such sort.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
MusiqueSolutions do not offer refunds once the service is delivered. Considering the fact that we are a digital platform customer will be responsible for understanding this while purchasing from our website. No partial or full refunds will be issued post the service period and MusiqueSolutions will not be responsible for anything related to the order once the service period has ended. Customer should understand that music promotions, most of the times give best results in short span of time and temporary. In rare cases where song has been taken down, we provide partial refund. No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption or service failure. However, we do understand there can be situations in which customer is eligible for the refund.
Partial delivery of service – There can be scenarios like playlist unavailability, playlist placement incomplete etc. and in such cases partial refund will be given to the customer. It will be at Musique Solutions discretion to decide the refund amount based on the service provided.
Zero delivery of service – In cases where we fail to deliver the service due to playlist unavailability, wrong data given by customer, faulty links etc. and in such cases a full refund will be issues keeping in mind that, whether the customer is eligible or not will be at our discretion.
A cancellation request can be made via support form/E-mail . Cancellations will be approved only if requested within 24 hours of your purchase. Each order will begin processing within 2 hours of purchase. We cancel the order and provide a 100% refund when the e-mail request for cancellation sent in 2 hours after purchase. When the request sent in 2 -12 hours – we provide a 25% refund, after 12 hours – 0% refund. If you have any problems with the service, please contact us. Our support staff is always available to help you and provide timely, high-quality support.
